Flank's hands-on education series for enterprise legal and legal ops teams takes you from "what even is AI" all the way to designing, building, supervising, and measuring agents in production. Taught by the people who do this for a living: Flank's legal engineers, forward-deployed team, and our legal ops partners. Delivered in person at your offices, and available online.
Most AI training is a slide deck and a hype reel. These workshops are structured like a course. You pick a track built around where your team is: total beginners, legal ops practitioners ready to build, or leaders mapping the operating model. Then we run the sessions live, with your work, in your context.
Most of a legal team's capacity goes to routine, rules-based work that doesn't need the judgment those people were hired for. The interesting question was never which tool makes them faster at it. It's how that work leaves their desk altogether, under supervision they trust. You can't buy your way to that answer. You have to understand the technology well enough to shape it. These workshops get a whole team to that understanding together.
Each track is a sequence of sessions designed to build on each other. Every session carries a label for who delivers it. Start with foundations, go deep on building, or take the leadership view.
Every session is a self-contained module. If none of the four tracks fits exactly, we'll build one from the library below — matched to your team's level, the time you have, and the people you want in the room. Levels run from Foundational (no background needed) through Practitioner and Advanced (build sessions), with Leadership sessions for GCs and their leadership teams.

The label on each session tells you who's in the room. These are the people who build, ship, and run supervised agents inside enterprise legal functions — so the workshops are grounded in what works in production, not what demos well.
Every engagement is built around your track, your format, and your group size — so pricing is quoted per engagement rather than off a list.
A half-day foundations primer for a single team and a multi-day programme for a whole legal function are very different engagements. We scope each one with you — track, sessions, format, and who delivers them — then quote it.
No. The workshops are educational, not promotional, and the people delivering them build and run agents for a living. The buy-vs-build session is an honest accounting of doing this without us, and the evaluation frameworks apply to any provider — Flank included.
No. Foundational sessions assume nothing and skip the maths. The Practitioner and Advanced sessions get practical, but they're built for legal and legal ops people, not engineers.
Depends on the track. Foundations works for the whole team, the practitioner tracks are for the people who'll own the build, and the leadership track is for GCs, CLOs, and their leadership teams. Mixed groups work — the sessions are modular for exactly that reason.
For the working sessions: your real intake, your playbooks, and your escalation rules. That's the difference between a workshop your team remembers and one they can use the next morning.
Yes. In person at your offices is the default, because the working sessions land best in a room — but every session also runs online for distributed teams.
Per engagement. We scope the track, sessions, format, and who delivers them with you, then come back with a single quote.
Tell us where your team is and which track fits. We'll scope the programme around it — track, sessions, format, and who delivers them — then come back with a single quote. In person at your offices, or online.
