What changed: Four amendments on first reviewer pass. (1) UK SRA entry reframed — the SRA Risk Outlook is the November 2023 document, not a May 2026 release; the May 2026 development is the ICO guidance under DUAA review. (2) France CNIL entry reframed — the GDPR-for-AI recommendations were finalised 7 February 2025; the May 2026 development is the 2026 work programme putting workplace and health AI under supervisory focus. (3) OECD Pillar Two entry consolidated to the January 2026 Side-by-Side Package (with the specific SbS PDF URL) plus the 30 June 2026 first GIR deadline; the prior "May 2026 Administrative Guidance" framing and hub-page URL were not supportable. (4) SEBI India AI cyber-advisory entry removed — the cited SEBI URL did not load for the reviewer, and the primary source could not be re-verified.
Why: First reviewer pass (Luís Ari Andrade Almeida) flagged date-framing on three entries and an unreachable source on the fourth. Applied before merge to main per the methodology's source-quality and triangulation standards.
